THE STATE’S CHILD ADVOCATE DOUBLES DOWN ON INNOCENT HOMESCHOOLERS

Homeschoolers and parent supporters will gather at the North Steps of the Capitol in Hartford Wednesday morning at 11:00am for a news conference to announce to the public and legislators the latest shocking action taken by the State’s Child Advocate to crackdown on innocent law abiding homeschooling parents in this State and their privacy rights. The crackdown comes on the heels of the Child Advocate’s report on the death of Matthew Tirado, a public school enrolled student.
Speakers for this news conference will include the leadership of the three main homeschool groups in the State, listed above, as well as individual parents who have been affected by the Child Advocate’s latest unwarranted crackdown.
