Mark your calendar for a special event in Connecticut on Monday, March 30th at 7 pm. The acclaimed author, speaker, and authority on China and population issues, Steven Mosher is speaking at St. Theresa’s Church in Trumbull. Mosher is the President of the Population Research Institute and a frequent guest on Fox Business, Fox News and EWTN. Since 1979 he’s worked to fight population control programs and helped hundreds and thousands of women and families across the world.
Mosher’s talk is titled, “Overpopulation: The Myth that Kills”. Admission is free for the event and there’s no need to register. In his talk, Steven will discuss how the present anti-Christian, cultural trajectory of the United States and Europe has led to increased violations of the human rights of our children- and to attacks on their very lives. He will share his thoughts on what can be done to reverse this peril.

In 1979, Steven was the first American social scientist invited to visit mainland China by the Chinese Government. While there he witnessed women being forced to have abortions under their new “one-child policy.” At the time Mosher was a pro-choice atheist but seeing the horror of late-term abortions lead him to become a pro-life Catholic. Some abortions he witnessed were late-term.
Since that life-changing moment, Steven has written bestselling books, A Mother’s Ordeal: One Woman’s Fight Against China’s One-Child Policy. Other books include Hegemon: China’s Plan to Dominate Asia and the World, China Attacks, China Misperceived: American Illusions and Chinese Reality, Journey to the Forbidden China, Broken Earth: The Rural Chinese, and his most recent book Bully of Asia: Why ‘China’s Dream’ is the New Threat to World Order.
His articles have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Reader’s Digest, The New Republic, The Washington Post, National Review, Reason, The Asian Wall Street Journal, Freedom Review, Linacre Quarterly, Catholic World Report, Human Life Review, First Things, and numerous other publications.
According to his website, Steven Mosher lives in Virginia with his wife, Vera, and their nine children.
Please welcome this remarkable pro-life voice author by making sure to attend his upcoming event. Invite your pro-life and pro-choice friends to hear this engaging talk!
